Judson “Wes” Gorton is the founder, operator, president, owner of Gorton Construction Inc. He began working in the construction industry after graduating from Post Falls High School. Wes founded the company in 1996, and has since become one of the most well known and respected industry leaders in the area.
Brian
In 2002 Brian Harrison moved to Coeur d’Alene from Tennessee and began working for Gorton Construction. After “earning his stripes” on a crew he was promoted to Field Supervisor and later to General Manager. His ability to work effectively with employees and clients has earned him a great deal of respect.
Lawrence Kraus
In 1999 Lawrence Kraus started working for a local siding company and quickly moved up to Lead Installer. A few years later he managed another successful siding company, before moving on to work in commercial and residential sales for a large, local siding and lumber yard. During his ten years in the business he has accumulated a massive amount of installation and product knowledge. This makes him a premier operations manager and valuable asset to our company and our clients.
Jeremy Dickenson (a.k.a. “JD”)
JD works hard as Gorton Construction’s Field Supervisor. His career in construction began in 1985. JD’s vast knowledge and attention to detail insure smooth operation on the large siding products for which he is responsible for. He enjoys the challenge of meeting the demands of builders and project owners, while helping his fellow employees enjoy their work.

Gorton Construction employs only the best workers available. Our staff of professional siding installers truly does raise the industry standard. These installers are very safety conscious and are always willing to go the extra mile in order to satisfy the needs of even the most demanding customers. We are constantly striving to increase our employee’s knowledge and skill level by utilizing mandatory safety meetings and training sessions.
All of our crews are first-aid and CPR certified. They have also gone through water infiltration prevention demonstrations and discussions on improved techniques for siding installation.
